General Terms and Conditions

Mid-Valley Made is accepting applications from November 21 2011 until January 27 2012. Please do not send any payments with applications. All applications will be juried as they come in so we encourage early entries because there are limited spaces available. When applying, if you do not enter a website that displays your work then you will need to email photos of your products to midvalleymade@gmail.com with your business in the subject line. All applicants will be notified at the latest by February 3rd 2012 as to their acceptance. Some who are not accepted will be added to a wait list in the event another vendor drops out. You will be notified of this in the response email.

If accepted to be a vendor in the Mid-Valley Made event and for any unforeseen reason you must cancel please notify us by email no later than February 10th. There will be no booth fee refunds after February 10th.

Vendors at Mid-Valley Made need to have products that are hand crafted/produced by the person(s) renting the booth. All products need to be manufactured in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. We are not looking for antiques or re-sale items. Mid-Valley Made wants to spot-light unique local production to highlight the skills present here in Oregon.

Mid-Valley Made reserves the right to use vendor product photos submitted, including those on any website given, for promotional purposes. At the Mid-Valley Made show vendors are required to remain open and their booths attended during show hours.

Passport Participation Terms and Conditions

The passport is a voluntary feature of the event. To be featured all you need to do is donate an item (or set of items) from your shop valued at $20+ that will then be raffled off as one of the passport prizes. This is completely optional but we encourage vendors to participate because it’s a great way to get visitors to come to your booth. Just make sure to check the “I would like to be featured in the Passport” box on your application and send a photo and description of your $20+ item(s). All items will be collected on the set up date.

Each participating vendor will be given a stamp. If a visitor comes to the booth with a passport the vendor is required to stamp their business’s space, vendors cannot stamp any space other than their own shop (vendors will have different stamps so we will know). Your participation gift will be raffled off in a group with other vendor’s gifts. If the donated gift is worth $75+ it will be raffled off individually.
